Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items with original tags attached, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
